Borislav Gostev is a distinguished senior manager with a proven track record in leading institutions in the banking and financial sector in Bulgaria. With more than 20 years of management experience, he has built a reputation as a strategist with an eye for market dynamics and a strong sense for developing sustainable partnerships and innovative channels for financial products.

Mr. Gostev has held key leadership positions at United Bulgarian Bank and Societe Generale, where he led sales teams and developed highly successful trusted partnerships with credit intermediaries, real estate agencies, construction and insurance companies and investors. In his role as Regional Manager as well as Head of UBB's Commodity Lending, he managed a team of 105 credit consultants. In his most recent role as Head of Partner Relationship Management, he focused on strategically developing distribution channels, building the loan portfolio and ensuring a high degree of satisfaction among partners and customers. With a professional team of 12 Relationship Managers and 35 Mobile Banking Consultants, he has been able to make UBB a leader in sales through partner channels.

In the course of his professional activity, Mr. Gostev takes part in business forums and training events, presenting his expertise on topics related to mortgage lending and partner channel development. He has guest-starred as an expert on TV shows and has participated in interviews and panels for leading online media and specialized platforms in the financial sector.

In 2025, he took over the management of SUPER CREDIT, an ambitious market player with a license from the Bulgarian National Bank for credit intermediation aimed at providing personalized and highly efficient mortgage solutions. Under his leadership, the company has established itself as a trusted advisor and strategic mediator between clients and the country's leading banking institutions. His management approach is marked by acumen, precision in analysis and an unwavering commitment to ethics and long-term value.

Borislav Gostev holds a Master's degree in Insurance and Social Security and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). He also graduated from the School of Economics with a degree in Market Management, which lays the foundation for his analytical approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

Today he embodies professionalism, strategic vision and leadership oriented towards building trust, long-term business relationships and high market reputation.

In his free time, he loves to play sports, practicing basketball, football, volleyball, skiing and fitness. He owns an amateur basketball team, where he is a coach and competitor.
