Vanya Ivanova joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025, taking the position of real estate broker. With extensive professional experience and well-established sales skills, she approaches her work with responsibility, care and a sincere desire to be helpful to each of her clients.
Her educational path began in the town of. She graduated her secondary education at the Vocational School of Chemical Technologies "Acad. Í. Ä. Zelinski". Later she continued her studies at the Burgas Free University with a major in Public Administration, and is currently a student at Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov University, Burgas. He is also a graduate student of engineering in Burgas.
Vanya speaks English at an intermediate level and has a basic knowledge of Russian, which allows her to communicate with a wide audience of clients.
Her professional path has taken her through various areas of commerce - including as the owner of a successful business on the Black Sea coast, as well as a broker in a construction company, where she gained valuable experience in real estate. This varied experience has helped her to build strong relationships with clients to develop excellent communication and sales skills.
At LUXIMMO, Vanya advises clients on property selection, relying on a personal approach, loyalty and honesty. She is able to create a sense of security and trust in the working process - qualities that help her build long-term relationships with clients.
